Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how AutoClicker - Auto Scroll, Tap (“App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our App and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy is designed to support Apple App Store requirements and to clearly describe what information may be handled when you use the App.

Important Note About Automation

Note: Auto functions are limited to the App environment and built-in activities. The App does not provide automation outside of its own environment as described in the App listing.

Collection and Use of Information

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Information you provide to us (for example, when you contact support): your email address and the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send.
  • On-device data needed for the App to function (stored locally on your device): click/scroll settings, tap zones, multi-action sequences, scripts/scenarios, timers, preferences, and mini-game progress (if used).
  • Diagnostics and performance data (optional, depending on the build and enabled services): crash logs, error reports, and basic device information (such as device model and iOS version) to improve stability and fix issues.
  • Purchase/subscription status (if applicable): Apple may provide us non-sensitive information such as whether a subscription is active, to unlock paid features. We do not receive your full payment details.

We use this information to operate and maintain the Service, provide customer support, improve performance and reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data We Do Not Collect (by Default)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, or health data. If a future feature requires additional access, we will request permission through iOS and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Tracking, Advertising, and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use “tracking” as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework unless we explicitly implement it and request your permission where required.

If we introduce third-party advertising, attribution, or tracking technologies in the future, we will:

  • present Apple’s ATT prompt when required,
  • update this Privacy Policy, and
  • update the App Privacy details in App Store Connect.

Providing Information to Third Parties

We may share information only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Service providers: with trusted vendors who process information on our behalf (e.g., crash reporting or analytics providers), only to perform services for us and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.
  • Safety and rights: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the App offers purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase-related information (e.g., subscription status) to enable paid features.

Data Retention

On-device data is stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support communications are kept as long as necessary to respond and for recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized where feasible. Diagnostics/analytics (if enabled) are retained for a limited period needed to improve the Service.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we may hold (such as support communications). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your request in accordance with applicable law.

You can also manage App permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Links to Other Sites and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. Those third parties have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

Policy Amendment

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date”. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
